For your input to be considered you will need to fill out one form per issue.
Revision requests will be reviewed first by the OST team. If the request is to correct a grammatical or spelling error, these changes will be made in the online versions in a timely fashion and the downloadable versions will be updated before the start of the next semester.
The OST team will utilize the results collected in the online form to contact the appropriate author or editors for review.
If, through review, the author and OST team decide that a revision is necessary, it will be corrected in a timely fashion in the online versions.
