The Blocks on Lock Virtual Teen Programs
COVID-19 is disproportionally infecting, harming and killing black and brown residents across the country and if we don’t find ways to address our neighborhood now, we will likely see the same statistics for the City of Rochester.
The Avenue Blackbox Theatre COLLab (Community of Love Lab) and collaborators are proud to present this program for the purpose of helping stop the spread, encourage responsible social distancing behavior, and save lives! Young creatives ages 13 and up will form virtual teams and receive ongoing guidance, training and coaching in performing and visual arts from professional adult artists via Zoom.
This program is sponsored by The City of Rochester in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic with financial support from various grants and private donations redirected to help in these difficult times. We are grateful for all of you who have agreed to partner with us on this program to bring art and enrichment to the lives of our youth and families.
