Players on your 5-10 person team!
We will incorporate all feedback to best match teams. If you would like to register alone and be randomly placed on a team, leave the fields below blank. There are up to 10 player slots per team so that teams can have as many as 5 subs. We will attempt to keep incomplete teams (i.e. baggage with friends) of less than 5 players together as well. Any player who registers by 11:59pm on the day before each event will be guaranteed a spot on a team. Walk-ups are welcome, but a spot on a team will not be guaranteed due to team sizes (we will try to be inclusive as possible with substitutes, but we want to be fair to each player's time in the tryout). Each player should plan on submitting this registration form separately! The text fields below are for matching purposes. You can edit this form up until the day before the tryout if your team evolves.
