NNHS Tutoring Form
NNHS Tutoring Organization was founded with the goal of providing free & high quality education to students from around the Boston Area on all school subjects, as well as enrichment activities. More information about us can be found on our website: www.nnhstutoring.com

This form is meant to represent ONE tutoring session. However, if you wish to create a scheduled tutoring arrangement, please email us at nnhstutoring@gmail.com or your personal tutor for us after the FIRST session. Then, a more consistent schedule can be made.

If a student doesn't attend a session within the first 10 minutes, the tutor has the right to CANCEL the session.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
*Although our only official options are 'Zoom' or 'Google Meets,' in-person tutoring IS POSSIBLE depending on the student-tutor distance. Based on both the tutor and the students' availability, in-person tutoring will be decided on a case-by-case basis. 
*We do not include 'times' as a question on this form because that will be worked out through family-tutor communication!
