We are working in Human Resources (HR) to embody and grow employee engagement at Boise State. In partnership with Campus, we strive to create an environment that values all people and where one’s daily labor is meaningful. Through research and experience, we have identified elements that help drive employee engagement. However, we do not fully know how campus feels about their employment experience at the university, unit/division or their individual experiences. Through this focus group, and along with the People Strategy 2019 Listening Tour survey, we will take the campus engagement temperature and discover the best way to tackle the issues that are most pressing to  Boise State University employees.
