We partner with the Mid-Maine Homeless Shelter to create opportunities for learning and fun with youths without secure housing. Active involvement includes weekly community service, active participation in monthly small and large group discussions and activities, and a high motivation to explore one's own commitments. Group meetings establish a space where intentional reflection and community building can occur.
Students will ask not only, "what is my work in the world?" but also, "to what purpose should we pledge our common effort?"
Open to all incoming students.
