Participation in the workshop is by invitation.

Planning of the trip and reimbursement procedure
You should book your own travel and accommodation yourself, and you will be reimbursed afterwards.
The reimbursement will be possible up to €250 for travel and €150 per night for the hotel.
Arrival and departure dates are expected to be Monday and Tuesday. In case you need to make arrangements for longer stay, please discuss the options with the oragnisers in advance (martin.wynne@gmail.com).
