Workshop Room Application
The HSS Student Success Workshop room (H-113) can be reserved for events/workshops where the overall emphasis of the content is student focused for professional development opportunities. The room is available for reservation Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. To reserve the space, please complete the form below. Once the form has been submitted, please allow for 1-3 business days to receive a response about the availability of the workshop room. To reserve the workshop room an individual who will be responsible for the space must be identified below. This individual must be present for the entire time of the room reservation and can either be faculty from a department or professional staff.

*The workshop room must be left as clean as when you entered the room. Upon completion of the event, you are responsible for cleaning up the workshop space and putting all desks and chairs back in their original positions. Cleaning materials will be provided for you to wipe down all desks. Please check the box to indicate that you understand these terms.
