Chimacum Arts and Crafts Fair - Vendor Application - 2020
The 2020 Chimacum Arts and Crafts Fair will take place on December 12th and 13th at Chimacum High School, 91 West Valley Road, Chimacum WA 98325..
We accept only locally produced, handcrafted products into the Fair. All vendors are juried by committee.
A $15 late fee will be applied to all applications received after June 24th. A final jurying will take place on August 15th, 2020.

Note: The majority of spaces are 6x10’s. Larger spaces are limited. They are assigned based on the receipt date of the completed application. Please choose an alternative space to the 10x10.
6'x10' - $70 ($85 if reregistering after July 1st)
8'x10' - $80 ($95 if reregistering after July 1st)
10'x10' - $90 ($105 if reregistering after July 1st)
School Group (CACF is free for school groups, though space is limited)

In addition to a booth fee, vendors pay 10% of total income from sales after $400. Commission payment is made out to Chimacum Arts and Crafts Fair (CACF) immediately following the Fair.
CACF is a 501-C3 Non-Profit dedicated to supporting education in East-Jefferson County.
Our Fair is an iconic, high-quality, destination event that draws people from around the region. It showcases the spirit of East Jefferson County and Chimacum High School, while:
- Raising money for school programs: our home and our focus is Chimacum Schools, but we also consider projects that benefit our other public schools
- Supporting our local Maker's Economy
- Providing a marketplace for youth and nonprofit program fundraisers
- Building community
