Thank you for your interest in becoming a Fredericksburg Virginia Main Street volunteer for the First Friday Sip & Stroll event! Volunteers for this event are here to act as a friendly face to those visiting town that Friday night, provide guidance on the Sip & Stroll event, and encourage patrons throughout town to pay attention to the event boundaries while they stroll.
The event runs from 5-9pm with shifts broken into 2 hour increments.
Maps will be uploaded to firstfridayfxbg.com along with information regarding open late retailers, participating Sip & Stroll restaurants, and art gallery openings.
*Due to the nature of the Sip & Stroll event, we do ask that all volunteers be 18+ or accompanied by an adult aged 21+. Information regarding your shift and where to meet will be emailed out the week prior to the event.
