To be eligible for this EAP, you must meet the following requirements:
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

1. To apply for the Early Adopter Program you must be a super-admin of the domain you specify  in this form. If you are not a super-admin of your domain, please have one apply on your behalf. See https://support.google.com/a/answer/6208960 for more information on who your admin is.

2. Admittance to the EAP is granted to a single, primary G Suite domain on a per application basis. If you wish to enroll multiple primary domains into the EAP, please re-apply using  this form for each domain.

3. In order to participate in the EAP, you must be willing to be contacted via email with further details about the program.

4. Your organization must not rely on data location, be a U.S. federal, state or local government agency.

5. Your organization must have Contact Sharing enabled.

6. Your organization must use the EN locale.

7. Certain features available during EAP may have an increased cost when the feature becomes commercially available.

8. Application through this form does not guarantee admittance to the EAP.

What primary domain do you want to be whitelisted for Hangouts Chat? *
You must apply with a PRIMARY domain; the EAP will not accept secondary domains. Your primary domain is the domain name you use to log in at http://admin.google.com. For example, the domain name for superadmin@yourorganization.com is your organization.com. Please list only ONE primary domain. If you wish to enroll multiple primary domains, re-apply via this form for each domain.
What is your organization-wide Google group *
The organization-wide Google Group controls who can see the Hangouts Chat apps in the mobile app store and who can access the help documentation. It does NOT control who in your organization can actually start using Hangouts Chat - that is controlled via the admin console and OUs. More details in this Help Center article: https://support.google.com/a/answer/7337611. In order to whitelist your domain, we need your organization-wide Google Group. This group should contain everyone in your company. This group is only used to grant access to help documentation and the mobile apps. This group will NOT be used to send out any emails or communications.You will still be able to control which users in your organization can access Hangouts Chat via the Admin console and OUs.If you do not have a organization-wide Google Group, please follow the instructions here to create one: https://goo.gl/P5O2rv

Would you like to participate in the Hangouts Chat User Experience Research survey? *
Google will be conducting user research during the Hangouts Chat EAP.  If you decide to participate, you will need to send end users a survey before the EAP begins. We will send two surveys to the end users who took the pre-EAP survey: one near the end of the EAP and one soon after the EAP ends.  These end users will not receive any other communication from us about the program without your permission.
Would you like to participate in the Hangouts Chat User Experience Research interview and "diary" study? *
Google will also be conducting a detailed study during the Hangouts Chat EAP. If you decide to participate, you will need to identify 1-2 teams in your organization to participate in interviews and a "diary" study. We will not contact them about anything except the interviews and "diary" study. Whoever participates in this study will receive up to $215 in Perks code (https://www.google.com/usability/research/perks/index1.html) as a thank you gift. Note: Selecting Yes below does not guarantee participation in this study.
