Bump In Volunteer Application | Wild Horses Festival 2024
Thank you for choosing to join our Bump In Crew! Our Bump In Volunteers are tasked with building and preparing our beautiful site for the upcoming Festival. This is a physically demanding role and volunteers are expected to have trade and/or labour skills.

Application Requirements
  • You must be at least 21 years of age to attend Wild Horses Festival. For those of you under the age of 21, we're sorry but we can't accept your application
  • All volunteers must purchase a Full Price festival ticket, which will be refunded to you upon successful completion of all your volunteer hours. Payment plans will be available via Afterpay from late August.
  • Should you be accepted, you must purchase your ticket and secure your spot within two weeks of your acceptance email. If you are not ready to confirm your spot, we ask that you please hold off from applying. 

Additional Information
Bump In Volunteers are required to complete 4x full day shifts. Bump In volunteers must be onsite and ready by 9am Tuesday December 3rd. Bump In Volunteers shifts are approximately 8 hours per day, excluding breaks. Note that shift times are dependent on weather. If it's too hot to work in daylight hours, volunteers may be required to work into the night. 
  • Tues 3rd, Wed 4th & Thurs 5th December - 9am-6pm (3 meals provided)
  • Fri 6th December - 8am-4pm (2 meals provided)
All Meals served at the Crew Kitchen (times subject to change)
  • Breakfast - 7:30am
  • Lunch - 1pm (1.5hour break)
  • Dinner - 6:30pm (1hr break)
