Form for those interested in the Youth Employment and Training Programs of Eastern Connecticut. Most of these programs have eligibility requirements, outlined below.
- Applicant must be between the ages of 14 – 24 as of July 1, 2026.
- Applicant must be legally authorized to work in the United States, guidelines outlined in the USCIS I-9 form.
- Applicant must meet income guidelines, such as be eligible to receive free or reduced lunch; or be a member of a family whose household income is equal to or less than 185% of the federal poverty level, or be a recipient of State Cash assistance, HUSKY A or D, or SNAP benefits.
- Applicants with a disability, or applicants that are affiliated with Department of Children and Families, or the Court Support Services Division, or are unhoused, or are English Language Learners, or are pregnant or parenting are also eligible.
