The Board of Education is in the process of planning for future budgeting and textbook purchasing. They are trying to get a handle on what materials our teachers need to help students be successful in the classroom. Because textbook purchases are important and a significant expense, we need to make sure we are planning ahead. Please complete the form below with the information on the TEXTBOOKS and other books that you maintain class sets of or assign to each student. YOU DO NOT NEED TO INCLUDE any class sets of novels or other tradebooks you may be using. Please complete a new form for each book that you use. This list will be used to coordinate replacement purchases and help us locate support materials like audio versions and online resources. Please complete this form by March 28th. If we do not receive a form for your class, we will assume that you feel your materials will be adequate for the next 5 years. You may work with your grade level team or department to complete the form.
