Due to COVID-19 Let's Go Caving's Outreach Caving Program (Youth Groups and Wild Cave Adventures) is suspended indefinitely.

Blackout/full dates for 2020: March 14, 21, 28, April 4, 5, 18, 25, May 16, 17, 23, June 20, 21, 27, July 25, Aug 22, Sept 5, 6, 12, 13, 26, Oct 24, Nov 28, Dec 26.
Caving is offered all year round on any day of the week. Please specify the date which your organization would like to cave. **Note Blackout/Full dates above**
Please request a date that is at minimum three weeks out.
Camping at Great Saltpetre Cave Preserve
The preserve offers the following:
-Designated group camping area
-Field for tents
-Trees for hammocks
-Plenty of field parking
-Latrines and portalets
-Potable Water Spigot
-Shower house (Open in the warmer months)
There may be chopped firewood available for use.
You are more than welcome to scavenge the woods for fallen limbs/trees.
**Due to invasive species do not bring any outside firewood onto the preserve**
We ask for a donation of $7 per person, per night to assist in the upkeep of the preserve.

Large Preserve Service Projects
Service projects are available for organizations and Eagle Scout projects.
-Construct picnic tables for the Scout Camp shelter
-Construct 80' suspended footbridge across Crooked Creek
-Construct pedestal and install rain barrel on Scout Camp shelter

An hour or so in length - potential projects: Splitting/moving firewood, trail maintenance, trash removal from caves
