Parent Oversight *
As the students parent or guardian, I understand that I am responsible to be sure there is always an adult in the session prior to me dropping off my child (you MUST come in to drop off your child each week). This is to provide added comfort, protection and accountability for your child. I understand that I am also responsible to come to the room to pick up my child each week unless my child is in Middle School or more and I sign the release form allowing for my child to be dismissed at the end of class. If I choose this, I release all liability for anything that occurs outside of class.
