Full Moon Snowshoe Tour - February 27th
Cottonwood Canyons Foundation is proud to offer free, naturalist-led snowshoe tours through historic Spruces Campground under the full moon! Look for animal tracks and learn about the wildlife that left them, all while surrounded by some of Utah's most beautiful mountains. Naturalist guides talk about everything from animal adaptations and trees to the history of Big Cottonwood Canyon!

Tours leave at 6 PM from the parking lot at Spruces Campground in Big Cottonwood Canyon.

Snowshoe tours last about 1 ½ hours in the dark, so come prepared with the necessary gear for your comfort and safety. This includes plenty of water as well as several layers of warm clothing, including snow pants, a warm winter jacket, snow boots, gloves, etc.

Snowshoes are not provided, so please bring your own set of snowshoes.

Pre-registration is required! Snowshoe tours are limited, so registration for a particular date will be pending our email confirmation after you have submitted this form.
