The vendor fee will be the entrance fee for 1 owner as well as the Tent/table/Chair Fee: $500 for 3 days.
IN ORDER TO ACQUIRE A VENDOR TABLE & CHAIR, ALL VENDORS (INDIVIDUALS OR ORGANIZATIONS) MUST FILL OUT THIS FORM AND PAY $500.00 FOR THE THREE DAYS IN ADVANCE (BEFORE THE DEADLINE). TENT, CHAIR & TABLE WILL BE PROVIDED ON FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVE.

Upon receipt of payment and completed form, the Festival committee will inform the vender on the status of the application via email.
*FOR THOSE WHO PLAN TO SELL CUPS, T-SHIRTS, TIES, SCARF, BANDANA, FLAG etc. TINTED WITH ERITREAN FLAG (LOGO); WE WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE YOU TO MAKE SURE THAT THE ERITREAN FLAG IS THE CORRECT ONE. OTHERWISE, THE COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT OR REMOVE THE MATERIAL WITH THE WRONG ERITREAN FLAG.
