Youth Options Shasta”(YOS) is happy to announce the 11th Annual Shasta Mud Run on June 1, 2024 at Historic Hawes Farms. 

The Shasta Mud Run is a signature 5K event with over 20 challenging obstacles as well as the FREE “Mini Muddies” kid area for the littles. Participants of all ages experience a day of adventure. Spectators and families are invited to cheer on their team and enjoy the numerous food and beverages vendors. Music, photo ops and fun add to the party and capture all the memories of the day!

Each year the Shasta Mud Run attracts 1,500 – 2,000 participants and keeps growing. This is a fantastic event for businesses to not only support a worthy cause but have the opportunity to showcase their goods and services not only to race participants, but also to the hundreds of spectators that attend. The energy is high, the music is rocking and everyone is there having a great time!

Youth Options Shasta is a 501c3 nonprofit that manages several essential programs serving youth in Shasta County including, Youth Peer Court, Youth Action Council, Mentoring, Youth Fire Prevention and Intervention, and Shasta Youth Leadership Camp (SYLC). Tax ID 68-0381728.
