Please advise in the application if you prefer to opt out of setting up in the Main Hall. All vendors will be notified 36 hours prior to show if this change is to occur. Refund Policy: Refund requests must be received at least 7 days in advance so that we have the opportunity to fill your vacant slot. We will issue a future show credit for cancellations within 7 days but no refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations within 24 hours of the show or for no shows.

Jury Process
In order to be considered, you must fill out this application. WaterFire will review applicants' work and will make selections based on craftsmanship and uniqueness of work. We do our best to curate a well-rounded event that includes a wide variety of showcased mediums. Space is limited and priority will be given to fine arts and crafts over consumer product vending.
