Schools to Watch (STW) provides a free assessment through its Self-Study and Rating Rubric, helping schools evaluate their strengths and identify areas for growth. Schools can use the rubric results to apply for the prestigious STW designation. Schools with a successful application attend the National Schools to Watch Conference, where they will be officially designated as a School to Watch.

After completing this form, the principal will be given access to the online rubric for school year 2025-26.
