Becoming a member of the Silver Lake Association is a three-step process:
1) fill out this membership application
2) pay your annual dues
3) membership becomes official at the July annual meeting
If you have completed the first two steps, congratulations and welcome to the Silver Lake Association!
Your membership will be officially approved at the next annual meeting in July. After your first year, you do not need to fill this application out again, just pay your dues each year to remain a member.
