This form should be used to report illegal parking violations:
- ADA parking violations / blocking ADA transfer
- Parking without proper credential
- Reserved parking violations
- Exceeding posted time limits
- Blocking traffic or loading docks
- Parked in no parking area or over lines
- Multiple vehicles parked illegally
- EV space violation
The UMN Police Department (UMPD) and Parking & Transportation
Services (PTS) will be notified when this form is submitted.
Note: UMPD issues and processes citations, not PTS.
