The application will be cancelled or not be accepted if there is any uncompleted information or violation records. If the application is paid, the payment is not refundable. BOOTH SIZE

◆ 1 Brand Name = 1 Application;
◆ 1 Booth = 1/2 Table(L 90 × W 90 × H 75 cm)
◆ 1 Vendor Pass;
◆ 1 Chair;
◆ 1 Trash Bag。

◆ Booth Fee: TWD 600/Booth

※Each application can apply up to 6 booths.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
◆ Vendor Pass TWD 200/person, each booth can add 1 pass.
◆ Chair TWD 20/chair, each booth can add 1 chair.

※Each application can add up to 6 booths = 6 vendor passes = 6 chairs.
※additional services MUST be sent together with application from.
※There will be NO ADDITIONAL SERVICES on the event day. The last date of applying above services will be:2019. 8. 15

Group Vending
◆ Group vending request MUST be sent together with application form.
◆ Please choose 1 vendor as your group vending leader. The leader will have to fill in the group vending form.
◆ The leader will also be the main contact of group vending request.
◆ Group vending request can not be edited or cancelled.
◆ Each group vending request can contain up to 6 vendors.
◆ Vendors in different product ranges can not fit in with 1 group vending request. For example: BJD and BJD vendors can be putted together, but BJD and DD can not.
◆ If the leader's vendor application is not successes, Mr. Hoffmann's Toy Box will contact the other vendors which are on the list to find another leader.
◆ If the leader does not apply as a vendor, the group vending request will be invalided.
◆ Any group vending requests against above rules will be invalided.

In 7 Days: Receive confirmation letter & payment information.

In 7 Days: Finish payment & reply.

In 7 Days: Receive confirmation letter, Done!
A SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION MUST BE
◆ Original works.
◆ Belonged or related to above product range descriptions.
◆ Provided a web address or SNS IDs which contain applicant’s pass works or future plan.
◆ Please do not provide any private online group or personal ID.
◆ For protecting consumer’s rights, brand dealers must provide an official authorized letter or document.

Applicant will below records over 3 times will not be accepted:
◆ Try to bring a child over 3 and under 12 years old in to the event venue.
◆ Try to bring live animals in to the event venue.
◆ Check-In late or did not check-in on the event day.
◆ Staff did not go back to the original booth before the event officially started.
◆ Staff had sold or bought products before the event officially started.
◆ Transfer booths without informed or consent of Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box
◆ The actual selling products are different with application form.
◆ Purchased and resell other vendor’s products at your own booth.
◆ Selling recast or any products which violating the rights of others..
◆ Selling products which against Taiwan’s laws.

NOTICE
THINGS ARE ALLOWED TO DO:
◆ Set up displaying or poster stands, brand logos inside your own booth space. But please ensure to fix them carefully.
◆ Taking photos or video. But please ask for a consent in advance.
◆ Decide your own payment methods (Cash, Credit Card, APPs) but must ensure to communicate with your customers carefully. Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box will not be able to take any responsibility if there are arguments from customers.
◆ All trashes must be putted into the trash bag and bring to the collecting area when event finishes.
◆ Vendors must maintain the queue in front of your booth, or request supports from Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box.

THINGS DO NOT DO:
◆ Children over 3 under 12 years old are not allowed to enter the event venue.
◆ All animals are not allowed to enter the venue, instead of guide dog.
◆ Queue or purchase behaviors are not allowed before the event officially starts.
◆ Staff pass can not be used at visitor entrance, and same as the visitor pass.
◆ Products which are not under above product ranges, violating others’ rights, living animals, fresh food, weapons, or anything against Taiwan’s law are not allowed to enter the event venue.
◆ Set up tables, chairs, furniture, large size displaying stands, and anything will destroy event’s supplies or venue are not allowed. Offenders will compensate according to the cost.
◆ DMs, petitions, interviews, researches, fundraising, and any behaviors related to personal information collecting are not allowed inside or around the event venue.
◆ Cosplay outfits changing, performing, photographing behaviors are not allowed inside or around the event venue. Cosplay costumes and props over 2 m are not allowed to enter the event venue.
◆ Please do not leave your personal belongings outside your own booth space.
◆ Please do not take other vendor’s supplies or spaces without permission.
◆ Please do not block aisles, entrances, and emergency exits.
◆ Please do not run or push inside the event venue.

◆ If you find above DO NOT DO situations on the event day, please call event staff.
◆ If you or your staff against above DO NOT DO rules, please leave the venue according to event staff’s directions.
◆ Please note your booth fee is not refundable if yourself or your staff against above DO NOT DO rules. You might also have to compensate according to the cost and take the related responsibilities (including but not limited to settlement, legal charges, layer fee) Mr. Hoffmann’s Toy Box will not take any responsibilities.
