Meditation Class
We meet twice a month to practice meditation. It is suitable for beginner as well as experienced meditators.

The 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼 𝗡𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗿 is an experienced Life Coach and Yoga teacher. He holds a masters degree in Buddhist Studies and has been practicing Zen for over ten years. He is also studying Tibetan Buddhist philosophy.
