Our terms have very important information in it regarding refunds, switching dates and cancellations. It is the responsibility of the vendor to read these terms before committing to our events. We have policies and procedures that vendors must follow. We appreciate you reviewing these is advance.

FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE AS THEY ARE ALLOCATED AHEAD OF TIME.

Location: Fort Langley 2026 hosted at 9167 Glover Rd. 

Event times: are 11am - 4pm (times for events could change)

Fee: $175 + GST for single date 
         $350 + GST for Saturday + Sunday together
       
  • Spaces fill up fast at this venue, we have UNDER 50 indoor spaces and up to 22 outdoor spaces.
  • Payment secures your spot(s) if you are accepted as a vendor. We don't hold spaces/dates.
  • Only accepted applicants will be notified by email. 
  • Our workable space is only 2000 sq ft and each event is curated different based on our vendors for each dates.
  • The accepted vendors allocated space at this venue's events total a 6 ft x 5 ft  area no matter your setup. It must fit within our space provided.
  • If your setup requires more space, 2 spots can be purchased. 
  • Applications are juried on a rolling basis in the order received. 
  • Only accepted vendors will be contacted via email.
  • Limited spaces for Candle / Apothecary / Bakers / jewelry at each event
  • Accepted vendors must have insurance. Here's a link for day insurance https://duuo.ca/vendor-insurance 
  • Setup information and floor-plans are sent to accepted vendors closer to the events.
  • A submitted application does not automatically get you into these events. 
  • Vendors are to bring their own 6ft x 3ft table and no bigger. We provide chairs.
  • TABLE rental $15.00 each event - 2 day retal $30 (limited tables available)

iMADE Fort Langley 2026 – Vendor Terms & Conditions

By applying and paying, Vendor agrees to the following:

iMADE does not accept MLM or cannabis-related businesses (including hemp). Vendors are responsible for ensuring their products comply with Fraser Health and Health Canada regulations.

Vendor space is 6 ft x 5 ft. Larger setups require the purchase of two spaces. Table rentals are $15 per DATE. Spaces are curated; vendors may not share, transfer, or resell their spot. Outdoor vendors must provide their own weather-ready setup.

Vendor fees are due within 7 days of acceptance via e-transfer or Stripe. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment plans of four installments are available.

Cancellations made 90 days or more before the event will receive a 25% credit toward a future event, valid for 12 months from date which iMADE received the notice from the vendor. Cancellations made within 90 days result in forfeited fees with no credit issued. No transfers are permitted within 21 days of the event. Date change requests, if approved and space is available, are subject to a $50 non-refundable administration fee.

If an event is cancelled due to Provincial Health Orders, 50% credit will be applied. iMADE is not liable for cancellations due to force majeure, including pandemics, acts of god, natural disasters, war, riots, or other events outside its control.

Vendors must provide liability insurance, permits, licenses, and, where applicable, Food Safe certification. Vendors are responsible for sales tax collection, POS systems, signage, floats, and full compliance with Fraser Health requirements. Vendors must remain open for the full event and may not depart early. Vendors must clean their space fully; leaving garbage will result in a $500 clean-up fee and possible ban from future events.

Vendors are expected to promote their participation. iMADE may use vendor photos, likenesses, and booth images for event marketing.

All vendors must comply with orders from Fraser Health or government authorities. Harassment, defamation, or slander of iMADE, its owner, staff, or other vendors will result in immediate removal, a permanent ban from future events, and possible legal action.

Vendors are fully responsible for their products, conduct, and setup. Vendors shall indemnify and hold harmless iMADE Agency, iMADE Events, and Danielle MacPherson from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation. iMADE is not responsible for lost income, theft, or damages of any kind.
