Soopan retkille vaaditaan Soopan jäsenyyttä, joten jos et ole vielä Soopan jäsen, voit liittyä tämän linkin kautta:

Osallistumisehdot. Terms of participation.
Ilmoittautuessani SOOPA ry:n vaellukselle hyväksyn seuraavat ehdot:
- Jäsenmaksu ja osallistumismaksu tulee olla maksettu
- Ymmärrän, että SOOPA ry ei ole lain tarkoittama matkatoimisto ja siten ei ole vastuussa vaelluksen tapahtumista tai mahdollisista onnettomuuksista. Osallistun vaellukselle omalla vastuullani.
- Pidän huolta omista ja lainatuista varusteista.
- Ymmärrän, että SOOPAn tapahtumat ovat päihteettömiä.
- Varmistan, että varusteeni ovat riittäviä vaellusta varten.  
- jos sairastun ennen vaellusta, kerron siitä heti järjestäjille

By signing up for a hike organised by SOOPA I agree to the following terms:
- I will pay membership fee and hike fee in time
- I understand that SOOPA is not what Finnish law sees as a travel organiser and as such is not responsible for any accidents that may occur during the hike. I participate on my own risk.
- I will look after my own and borrowed equipment.
- I will remember that all SOOPAs events are alcohol-free.
- I will make sure that my equipment is good enough for this hike.
- If I get ill before the hike I will tell organizers asap
