- DESCRIPTION: We will be accepting proposals for Sephardic Studies projects from UCLA registered undergraduate students interested in extending papers and projects they’ve worked on in a Fall class in new directions. This includes (but it not limited to): transforming a written paper into a digital project, blog, or art project; expanding a short paper into a longer, research paper; and developing a proposal for a senior honors thesis.
- AMOUNT: up to $500
- REQUIREMENTS: project description (up to 500 words), budget, commitment from UCLA Faculty Mentor (pre-approved by the Leve Center)
- DEADLINE: Fall 2020 / Winter 2021, 11/20/2020
- Student understands that any projects resulting from this grant will acknowledge the Maurice Amado Research & Travel Grant, and a copy of the final product will be submitted to the Leve Center by the end of Spring 2021.
