T-Shirt Order Form
We are doing a rush order of t-shirts and a regular order!
If your order is submitted by 9pm on JUNE 13, your t-shirt will be ready for pickup approximately June 23. If you submit your order between June 14 and June 23, your shirt will be ready the second week of July. 

Please submit this order form and send an etransfer for the total amount in the form 
1 t-shirt = 40.00
2 t-shirts = 80.00
3 = 120.00
4 = 160.00

With the memo YOUR NAME + TSHIRT in the memo of the etransfer! We can't account this properly without a completed memo field. Cash at the velodrome office is also an acceptable payment.
