Ponderosa Palisades is a recognized Firewise neighborhood. As a recognized Firewise neighborhood we have the benefit of reduced insurance rates, greater defensible space, additional resources from our local fire agencies and communal efforts towards home hardening. However, we need your participation. You will NOT receive the yearly Firewise certificate, which your insurance needs for the ~5-10% discount, you must fill out this form as well as the fall defensible space form for hours worked/dollars spent. Once you have filled out both forms email: pondpalfirewise@gmail.com to get your certificate
