ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS: Open only for PCS enrolled students.  A sports physical is required BEFORE participation (practice or play) for 6-12 grades.
  
GENERAL SEASON INFO:  HS spring sports run from mid-February to early June.  MS spring sports run from late February to late May.

FEES: All registrants are committed to a 
$15 non-refundable registration fee.  
$115 participation fee for Grades 6-12 per student-athlete  
$7 Athletic Trainer Supply Fee for Upper School student-athlete 
All fees are totaled and administered through the school FACTS program one week after the sport begins. 

LATE CHARGE:  $40 late registration fee 
Any registrations past deadline (December 20) will have a late charge.

ACADEMIC ELIGIBILITY:  Per school policy and KHSAA guidelines, Upper School athletes will be subject to academic reviews during their participation (practice and play). In summary, no student can be failing any class.  

NEXT STEPS: At the conclusion of this sign-up period, the Athletics Department will contact interested individuals by January 15th to communicate next steps. Participants should secure sports physicals now to have in place before the first practice.
