A request is NOT a confirmed appointment. You will only get a confirmed appointment time after you have physically delivered your completed paperwork to Mr. Henderson and he has verified it's completeness.

AND, you must arrange delivery of your documents no later than end of day of the Friday preceding a review board session.

BSA Guidelines REQUIRE that Council has verified and signed your rank application form before you can have your board of review. NO EXCEPTIONS!
