Dear vendors, 

Thank you for your interest in CCS! Please review these important reminders before joining our event:

  1. Social media promo is a MUST. All accepted vendors must share the event before the deadline in the acceptance email. Missing it may release your spot. Send proof to vendor email below.
  2. Filling out this form ≠ locking down your spot. Your table is confirmed only after acceptance letter and payment completion. Invoices expire after 2 weeks.
  3. Table Assignment: Table assignments are random. Specific spots can be reserved for $100 per table per event (email to check availability).
