Після величезних втрат російська призовна кампанія із примусової мобілізації та укладання контрактів з ув’язненими вичерпує свої можливості. На фронті потрібні бійці, термін служби яких вимірюється не в днях, а в годинах. Тому країна-агресорка активізувала потік громадян з країн зі складною економічною ситуацією.

On March 15, 2024, at 11:00 am, a briefing entitled «Captured mercenaries from the Global South. What should governments do to prevent their citizens from dying in someone else's war» will be held at Media Center Ukraine - Ukrinform (8/16 Khmelnytskoho St., Kyiv, first floor).

Suffering huge losses, russia's campaign using forced conscripts and recruited convicts poised to fight in Ukraine is running out of options. The frontline needs soldiers whose active duty service is measured in hours, not days. Therefore, the aggressor country has intensified the flow of citizens from countries with bad economic situations.
