Ambassadors for Change Application
The Ambassadors for Change young adult cohort helps carry out the mission of the Holocaust Center for Humanity through raising both funds and awareness for the Center. Group members commit to planning and attending mission-based social, educational, fundraising, professional development, and networking opportunities throughout 2021.

► Open to young adults in Washington State, aged 25-40, of all backgrounds.
► The 2021 cohort will be 15 members. This cohort will include a number of 2020 Ambassadors, and therefore we are accepting 7 members in this application cycle for a one-year commitment, with the potential to renew.
► Minimum $150 personal contribution for participation, which may be paid in installments. If cost is a barrier, please contact us! We will not turn anyone away based on financial need.
► Members attend monthly 45-minute meetings held on Zoom throughout 2021: February 2, March 16, April 13, May 18, June 15, July 20, August 17, September 14, October 5, November 9, and December 14. There will also be four optional informal social events: two in-person in parks (June 6 and October 17), and two virtual (March 4 and December 2).
► Members plan and execute three events: a Sip & Learn Fundraiser on July 15, 2021, an educational event on September 12, 2021, and a recruitment event for the 2022 cohort on November 18, 2021.
► Members are required to attend the three primary Ambassador-led events in 2021. Additionally, members are expected to attend two Holocaust Center events: one small (such as a virtual Lunch-a-Learn); and one large, such as Yom Hashoah or International Holocaust Remembrance Day.
► Members are required to attend the annual Voices for Humanity Luncheon on October 22, 2021
► Members will fill out a goals and intentions sheet at the start of their Ambassadorship, and keep track of their goal completion throughout the year.
