The question are not intended to be exhaustive and it is not necessary to answer all questions and engage with all the sections. They are only meant to raise some of the specific issues that came up in each chapter. If you want to give any general feedback or comment on issues that the questions do not raise, the same can be given as a response to the last generally worded question in each section.
