We at Root & Rebound want to support YOU in getting a job you want. Many employers unfairly consider records in the hiring process -- and their consideration may even be illegal under state law.
We created this survey to better understand your experience in applying for jobs in order for us to support you and others with criminal records as you apply for employment. We are particularly interested in hearing about your job seeking experience(s) since January 2018 when the Fair Chance Act -- a state law with stronger protections to people seeking employment with records -- went into effect.
After you fill out this survey, we may reach out to you for additional information about your experience. All of this information is CONFIDENTIAL and stays within Root & Rebound. We will not share information about you without your permission.
