DEADLINE TO APPLY:Applications are due by 5pm on Friday, January 11th. No late applications will be accepted. You will be notified of your acceptance to participate by Friday, January 18th.
SETUP TIME:Set-up will be Saturday, February 9th from 8am to 9:45am, each artist will move in their personal goods and setup their displays. Please be ready to start selling at 10am. COST:The booth fee for this market is $35. Funds will be used to help advertise the event on social media, our website, email newsletter, and print materials. If accepted, booth fee is due by January 25th. An email invoice will be sent to you upon acceptance and can be paid with a credit card. GIFT FOR GIVE-A-WAY: The first 40 customers will a receive a free gift at the door. We are asking all the makers to donate two small handmade items (value $5-$10 each). Please gift-wrap the items, include your business card, and have it ready for us to hand out at the market. MARKET “OPEN” HOURS:10am to 4pmPlease be ready to sell by 10am and do not close up early. SPACE:No outside furniture, tables, or apparatuses. We must use the tables already in the space. Again, no outside furniture unless approved by the staff. No swapping, or changing. We spend a significant amount of time organizing the space and planning to have artists arranged for a flow and variety. No wall space. Booth size will be about 3.5 to 4ft wide x 2.5 to 3ft wide or half of a Publick House farmhouse table. Space is small, please plan on restocking accordingly. Chairs will be provided.
