This camp thrives because people show up for one another. If you’re unsure how to contribute, your Sponsor or one of our veteran Pinkies will happily guide you.
🌸 A Few Loving Notes About Being a Pinkie 🌸
Pink Heart is more than a place to camp — it’s a connected, caring community. To keep that heart beating strong, there are a few shared commitments that help us create the experience we all love:
✨ Monthly Gatherings (Mandatory)
We host monthly meetings on the 1st Sunday of each month at 11am PST. This is how we stay connected, share important updates, spark creativity, and actually get to know one another before we hit Playa. These gatherings are where Pinkies’ ideas are heard and where PHamily bonds are built.
✨ pARTicipation + Strike
Pink Heart is built — and lovingly taken down — by all of us. Every Pinkie is required to help with strike (camp teardown). Showing up at the end is just as important as arriving at the beginning. Many hands, lighter work, happier hearts.
✨ Camp Shifts During the Week
Each member is asked to volunteer for camp shifts during the event. This may include serving food or water, helping with bike parking, or tending to our beautiful frontage so it remains a welcoming space for the community. These moments of service are where so much connection happens.
💖 Important Camp Details 💖
• Camp Size: Pink Heart will again be capped at 75 members in 2026.
• Submitting this form does not guarantee a spot on Playa — placement is based on participation and community engagement.
PHamily matters deeply to us, and we are intentional about fostering a supportive, loving environment where people truly know and care for each other.
⚡ Power Information ⚡
Power will again be capped to meet the needs of our 75 KVA generator and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• You must indicate power needs on this form
• Power fees must be paid to secure access
• Power payments will begin in March
• Once capacity is reached, the power roster will close and we will announce it
