Clinical Education Training Registration
Clinical Educator Training (CET) is required for all school district and instructional personnel who supervise or direct teacher preparation students during field experience courses or internships. CET is also required of instructors in post-secondary teacher preparation programs who instruct or supervise field experience courses or internships (section 1004.04, Florida Statutes).

Each individual selected by the district as a mentor must have completed specialized training in clinical supervision and participate in ongoing mentor training provided through the coordinated system of professional development (section 1012.56, Florida Statutes).

Registration for the current cohort will end 1 month before the course end date.

Please indicate that you understand that if you do not submit ALL of the coursework by 11:59pm on the last day of your cohort, (either December 20 or April 19th) you will not get a completion certificate for PD hours. You (and your district) will receive your completion certificate within 30 days of the course close date. If there are any assignments that need to be re-done, they will be sent back to you via the email you register with. You will have 2 weeks to return the work and your course completion certificate will be emailed shortly after. Course fee of $50 is non-refundable and will be invoiced to the district. *
