Nakayoshi Gakko Registration Payment Form
Please submit this form after your payment has been made so that the registrars can :
- reconcile your payment with what is in the registration system,
- identify over/underpayments,
- receive notification of Paypal payments, and
- predict whether there is mail to pick up from the post office box.

Registration fees are $460 per student, and they must be paid in full by February 21 in order to maintain registration priority. Tuition is fully refundable minus a $50 processing fee until April 15; cancellations made after April 15 are not refundable.

After care fees are $15 per day if registered and paid in full by April 16 after which they increase to $20 per day. Payment of after care fees is fully refundable until April 16; no refunds will be given after that date. Unused after care is not refundable.

Payments can be made via :

- check written out to Nakayoshi Gakko and mailed to PO Box 390054, Mountain View, CA 94039
