We provide mentorship, resources, and a safe space, helping every girl recognize her intrinsic value, build confidence, and realize her full potential through structured support and community involvement.
Important Volunteer Commitments
- All volunteers must be able to commit to a minimum of 6-8 hours per month, depending on the chosen role.
- All volunteers will be invited to attend a PEARLS Squad Info Session
- You will be volunteering with PEARLS. Our mission focuses on comprehensive girl empowerment.
- Volunteers may be subject to a background check depending on the role and level of direct interaction with the girls.
Closet Studio VolunteerFocus: Inventory Management & Studio Operations. Helps maintain organization of the clothing inventory, assists with sign-in and sign-out processes, and ensures the studio space remains a welcoming and empowering environment for the girls. Available hours per month: 2-8
Rapid Remix Squad MemberFocus: Emergency Needs & Custom Prep. Aids in managing the emergency inventory, rapidly prepares and packages custom clothing boxes for girls experiencing immediate needs or crises, and ensures discreet and timely disbursement. Available hours per month: 4
Workshop FacilitatorFocus: Workshop Leadership & Program Delivery. Leads or co-leads structured workshops, delivering S.A.S.I.-aligned content and resources to groups of girls, helping them build confidence and positive self-image. Available hours per month: 2-6
