Former Police Officer Daniel Holtzclaw explains that everything in law enforcement is about your reputation.
After reading the definitions above, write your own definition for reputation. *
Detective Davis says,
On the police force a good reputation refers to work ethic, honesty, and integrity. Sherpa Davis says it is critical in relationship to other officers, Judges, and the District Attorney. For example, a detective or officer will not want you on their case, if you don't have a good work ethic because you won't look to find all the details and could miss something of significance. Your integrity and honesty matter to all relationships. Some of their decisions are made in your favor if you have integrity, you are honest and have a good work ethic. They can trust that you will do the right thing!
