The Millbrook band needs accurate information for communication of information and the safety of the students it serves.
Information for one parent or guardian is required, and providing information for a second parent is preferred where possible, but optional. Email is a primary form of communication for the Millbrook Band program, and it is important that we have both parent and student email addresses that are checked regularly for effective communication.
IN addition to this online registration, there are several forms that are required in paper form. These are available on the Millbrook Band Website mhsbands.org. Please complete those forms and return with your initial deposit by June 15th, 2017.
