After submitting this first-contact sheet, an event set up form will be emailed to you. Based on that information, we will set up ticketing for your event. Once details are in place, you will be sent an "Event Confirmation" form to review ticket pricing and fees. Tickets can be placed “on sale" after the Confirmation form is signed and returned to the box office. Advance Tickets will be available at pdx.edu/boxoffice
or by calling the Box Office at 503-725-3307.
The charges associated with ticket sales through PSU and University Tickets are as follows:
* Credit card processing fees, passed on from the bank, are charged at up to 3.5 percent.
* Event Management, including set up and reconciliation, will be charged at $35 per hour.
* Event Staff, either ticket sellers or ticket scanners, will be charged at an hourly rate with a two hour minimum.
* Box Office Supervisors requested to be at events will be charged at $35 per hour
All fees will be deducted from ticket sales revenue, JV'd from the Banner index code, or invoiced to the promoter post-event.
PSU Box Office service charges will be itemized separately from the base ticket price. The service charge schedule will be provided on the event set up form.
