2. Volunteer Requirements
In light of rapidly changing global travel environment, our 2024 Overseas Couriers trips are open to Cornerstone church members who meet the following requirements:

1. Rooted in a Cornerstone cell group and recommended by cell leader 

2. In good physical condition with no health complication. Medical clearance to be available upon request. 
3. Age recommendation differs for each trip depending on trip intensity
