JamBallah '18, Vendor Application
Thanks so much for your interest in vending at JamBallah NW! A few notes:

*We truly wish we could include everybody who applies, but we do need to limit the number of vendors to fit in the space, as well as to create a profitable environment by not saturating the market.

*Vendors with similar wares will be given preference by quality of goods, name recognition, and if we've had a positive working experience with that vendor in the past.

*As we're an all-styles festival, we like to keep a good mix of vendors of all styles and types--from Cabaret/Orientale to Fusion to streetwear. Feel free to pass this application on to anyone you think would be interested, even if they don't do strictly 'bellydance' wares.

JAMBALLAH NW: Aug 10-12 2018. Expected number of festival attendees: 400+.

VENDING HOURS: Fri 10th 12p-7:30p Sat 12th 11a-7:30p Sun 13th 11-3:30p Breakdown 3:30-5:30p

LOADIN/SETUP: TBD (Probably Fri 10th 8a-12p)

VENUE: PSU Smith Memorial Union Hall. This will be our venue for all the shows and workshops. We are working on detailed floor plans, which will be made available once we choose vendors. There are public restrooms onsite. Vendors must provide their own changing areas. The vending will be next to the main classroom/performance room.

LODGING: Festival attendees and staff will be able to rent rooms in PSU's Ondine Hall dorms, 60$ per night for single occupancy, 30$ per night (per person) for double occupancy. Private baths, but no kitchens.

Please check all that apply, and indicate your top preference in the 'comments' section. Vendors supply their own racks, frames, draperies and display cases. We have access to some 6' tables, if requested. You may share a space with another vendor, with producer approval. Cancellation fees apply after contracts are signed. Downstairs vs. Upstairs spaces have a slight pay differential, due to a slight difference in walkthrough traffic.
