    • Registration and management of participants for the conference and the workshop
    • Communication of related announcements and updates
    • Distribution of materials or outcomes after the conference

  3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information:

    • Personal information will be retained for up to 6 months after the conference, after which it will be promptly disposed of.

  4. Right to Refuse Consent and Consequences of Non-Consent:

    • Consent to the collection and use of personal information is optional. Refusal to consent will not affect your right to participate in the conference and/or the workshop. However, refusal may result in the non-receipt of related information and updates.
