Please complete the form below by Monday March 30, 2026 if your child will be five (5) years old by August 26, 2026.  This form should be completed by members of the Old Fort District as well as those who may be considering open enrolling to Old Fort.

KINDERGARTEN SCREENING is Monday, April 27 & Tuesday, April 28 by appointment. Information for screening will be provided in April to those registered.
