The ACM Faculty Teaching Fellows are faculty members at Carleton, Luther, and St. Olaf, who have been trained in peer observation techniques and are willing to engage in class visits or review of teaching materials for colleagues. This peer observation program is designed to promotive collaborative, constructive discussions about teaching.
